45-minute assessments test athlete's arm strength, whole-body mobility, and mechanical proficiency to ensure athlete safety during program participation 

Individualized10-Week Throwing Program

this throwing program starts with the on-ramping series to prepare the arm and body for intense throwing, while the rest of the program consists of the blend-to-season series to transfer velocity gains to position-specific throws, including weekly bullpens for pitchers

1 Year Premium Subscription to ArmCare

measures arm strength, checks fatigue and recovery, to deliver a customized arm care program to attack your weak links

Access to facility and equipment to complete additional throwing workouts

to complete this program, athletes are expected to throw an additional 2-3 times per week; facility space and all of the equipment is available to use
